This home is situated just minutes from both Black Creek Club and downtown Chattanooga, and borders hundreds of protected acres in the Tennessee River Gorge Trust, ensuring privacy and a connection to nature. 

The custom floor plan was crafted in house by Curate to meet the client's specifications and realize their dreams. The home’s warm and practical layout, tasteful landscaping, and serene surroundings provide tranquility, scenic vistas, and easy living — ideal for gracious entertaining and family life.

EXTERIOR DESIGN

This home’s exterior showcases a harmonious blend of materials and colors that stands out while remaining classic. 

Warm earth tone brick with ivory mortar adds a touch of traditional beauty, while the khaki brown lap siding and bronze trim provide a sophisticated, contemporary contrast. The home’s dark bronze windows, including a stunning multi-paned front window, add character and balance to the design. These windows are thoughtfully positioned to enhance natural light while complementing the exterior’s refined palette. Landmark shingles paired with a black drip edge top off the home with a polished finish that ensures durability and style. 

A rich yet rustic front door in aged oak serves as a welcoming focal point, further accentuated by the bronze-stamped carriage-style garage door, which ties the overall facade together.

KITCHEN

The stunning kitchen and pantry elevate the everyday experience while showcasing thoughtful craftsmanship.

A spacious island with a sleek white quartz countertop is framed by light beige brick and dark gray cabinets with recessed paneling and understated metal pulls. The brick continues as a backsplash, adding timeless texture, and is complemented by under-cabinet and recessed lighting that brighten the space. Stylish pendant lamps and stainless steel appliances — including a double oven and gas cooktop — enhance both the aesthetics and the functionality

The cabinetry and shelving in the adjoining pantry maintain the cohesive color tones, with the kitchen’s light wood flooring giving way to light hexagon-patterned tiles and neutral-toned walls to provide a clean and contemporary look. 

LAUNDRY

The pantry colors continue into the laundry room, where the dark gray cabinetry with sleek metal pulls provides plenty of storage, while another durable white quartz countertop enhances the room's polished look. The stackable LG washer and dryer maximize efficiency, and the light gray shiplap walls — paired with textured cloud-like wallpaper on the ceiling — create a charming atmosphere. The bright and practical recessed lighting helps ensure time spent working in this space is anything but a chore.

MASTER BATH

The master bathroom presents a warm and inviting retreat with its seamless blend of natural tones and contemporary features. Light-brown wooden vanities with off-white quartz countertops add earthy charm, complemented by framed mirrors and copper-toned sconces. 

The spacious walk-in shower, enclosed in frameless glass, features light-brown brick-pattern tiles and recessed storage niches. A tiled wall behind the vanities ties the design together, while natural light streams through a window in the shower area. Thoughtful details, such as black hardware and built-in shower seating, enhance both the style and usability of this elegant space.

GUEST BATH

This guest bathroom offers a serene and refined space, combining elegant details with practical touches. The muted gray-blue vanity, topped with a white quartz countertop, features dual sinks and bronze faucets, exuding understated charm. A wide mirror reflects pendant lights with glass globes, adding soft illumination. The light beige tiled shower, enclosed in clear glass with gold fixtures, complements the room’s neutral tones. Warm metallic accents and crisp finishes complete this inviting and polished retreat.

OUTDOOR LIVING AREA

The home’s multi-level decks maximize outdoor living, offering panoramic views and versatile spaces for relaxation or entertaining. 

The gorgeous covered deck features light wooden plank floors, neutral-toned siding, and a cozy brick fireplace, creating a serene retreat. Large glass sliding doors connect the interior to the screened-in portion, providing year-round usability.

The multi-level design of the uncovered decks expands the outdoor living space. Crafted from durable light-brown wood with dark metal railings, the decks are both stylish and practical. Brick pillars support the structure, adding charm and durability. Set against a lush, sloped lot with greenery and picturesque views, the decks blend seamlessly with the home’s timeless design.
